Whole Body Vibration fitness is the workout you do in just 10 minutes. Due to our machines ability to produce vibrations from the feet up through your entire body the machine is able to create 2 – 3 times the normal gravity (Gs). The resulting whole-body vibrations cause your muscles to contract and stretch, similar to regular exercise but just in very small increments. Even though the contracting and stretching of the muscle is small, you really feel your muscles being worked.

Recently, WebMD’s Professor Barbara Resnick PhD, was added to the hundreds of medical professionals that have recently endorsed our Vibration Exercise as an effective treatment of osteoporosis and bone density loss. A recent research study showed a test group participated in three Vibration Exercise sessions per week, consisting of six – one minute bouts of low frequency vibration, with one minute rest between bouts. After eight months, Bone Mass Density in the vibration Training group increased by 4.3% (P = .011) and further the group increased their balance by 29%.
